The breakfast was very very good with lots of meals to choose from. Staff were amicable, room was big and huge with great beds. The venue was in a secluded location close to the wild nature of the region, different areas, and sports bar.

Spacious room.
The wifi was lousy, the worst in length I've seen in all of Panama. As it was a holiday in Panama they organized a concert at the pool, the stage of which was right next to the rooms. Given the size of the hotel grounds I think there were better places to organize it than just a few meters away from where people sleep, but in any case, in those rooms (and mine was first floor right above the stage) you just couldn't sleep. This, whatever the event, is not acceptable in a hotel. I understand that you will excuse yourselves with the fact that it was festive and so on, but I have to tell my experience. They didn't change my room even though I asked for it, I guess the hotel would have been full, although I think the rooms facing the pool should not have been offered that day. They didn't give me any compensation either. This is how Meliá treats its gold members at Meliá Rewards. I won't go back and I won't recommend it.

The quiet relaxing atmosphere of the natural place, the food is very good, are customers of the restaurant.
We have to improve the attention of the place, in my case it was a family room of four people and they only had two towels, at the time of registration I asked for two extra towels, because they informed us that they would give us two extra towels, towels never arrived, on the other hand the air conditioning was not the best, I went to the reception to ask for it to be checked and I mentioned the towels again, they only checked the air and towels once more lost in action. On the other hand when I made the reservation, I made it for three adults and a child of 10, to my surprise when I arrive at the hotel, they tell me that the reservation is made only for two people, made me a little uncomfortable, I asked the boy to add one more adult and a child of 10.

The bad attention and daring of a young woman from the staff called LINETH, who was rude and daring in her treatment. On Friday the 8th there was a storm and there was no choice but to abandon the outdoor activity. She had the luxury of evicting 15 guests from the Sport Bar and then we asked Jonathan at the bar to turn down the music because no one was listening and everyone wanted to talk. We had no choice but to go to the outer rooms of the hotel lobby. On Saturday morning the only thing he did in the pool area was to tell the children "Don't do this, don't do that, don't go, don't go, don't go, for God's sake. I felt that if I went in the pool I would go to jail. Nature saved the day. There was a foam machine in the pool and again CHILDREN DO NOT GO INTO THE POOL FILLED WITH FOAM. I repeated it over and over again but with a commanding voice forgetting the joviality that must exist when it comes to children. poor children. After 5 minutes a breeze blew and all the foam went into the pool. Gentlemen, we were saying from the top of the pool IT IS FORBIDDEN FOR THE BREEZE TO BLOW. For God's sake. It's not just anyone who can entertain a morning of fun with children. She reported to management but I think she owns the hotel.
